DEPOSIT - CONTRACT - PURCHASING
DEPOSIT:
A non-refundable deposit must be made to guarantee your name on the waiting list for puppies. The price of the deposit is $300, unless otherwise specified, and is non-refundable.
-Deposits are fulfilled in order received. For example, the 1st person to leave a deposit gets 1st pick of any litter. This rarely creates a conflict and it almost always works out that everyone gets the puppy they want. We truly believe that each puppy goes where they are destined. Puppies must be paid for in full by 6 weeks of age.
-Do you take PayPal and/or Credit Cards?
Yes, we take PayPal. Contact me if you are interested in paying for your puppy this way and I can get the process started for you.
-Puppy pickup & shipping arrangements
We welcome you to our farm to meet us and our dogs in person. We have to be very careful about who and what comes through our door because our puppies and our property could be at risk so please setup a date and time prior to arrival for puppy pickup. We may be headed your direction sometime soon and are always willing to travel within reason to deliver a puppy! *Please inquire privately for further information on shipping.*
-What is included with my puppy?
Your puppy will have its dew claws removed and be current on all vaccines, deworming, and be vet checked before it leaves our home (papers included).
-Should something come up and I am no longer able to keep my puppy, will you take it back?
Absolutely! We do not want any of our babies to end up in shelters or bouncing from home to home. No matter what the issue is, we are always happy to have our babies back home or help with rehoming.
Do you provide a health guarantee on your puppies?
The Buyer agrees to complete all Puppy vaccinations, as well as a booster at one year of age. Consult with your veterinarian on a shot schedule for the remainder of the dogs life. (AVMA standards are now suggesting that annual vaccinations may not be necessary after one year of age) The Buyer must keep the dogs rabies vaccine up to date per their local city, county, and state laws. Documentation of these minimal requirements must be kept.
The health of this animal is guaranteed for 7 days through examination by a vet at the expense of the Buyer. If the Dog is found to be in unsatisfactory health and written documentation is presented from the Buyers veterinarian within 24hrs, the Seller shall, refund the Buyer for the cost of the veterinary expenses to treat the Dog up to but not to exceed 100% of the purchase price. Should the Buyer choose to relinquish the Dog back to the Seller at that time, the Seller will refund 100% of the purchase price and any veterinary expense incurred up to that point.
We offer a 7 day health guarantee and a 12 month guarantee free of any genetic defects such as serious eye defects, deafness, or hip dysplasia. Should a problem arise, each situation will be dealt with on a case by case basis.
